Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice to avoid charges for cancelled services.
How-To
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to allow ample time to check in, complete a medical information form, and unwind. We recommend leaving valuables at home. Please inform Karen of any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated. Undress to your level of comfort. Our therapist uses modest draping techniques to ensure that your comfort is always maintained.
Gratuity
You may elect to add a gratuity to your services. We will automatically add 18% gratuity to groups (of four or more) parties, and packages.
